How to play

Taking part in the Hearing Dogs Spring Raffle 2026 couldn’t be easier.

Click on the Play Now button below.
Choose the number of entries you would like to purchase. Each entry is £1.
Make an additional donation if you wish (remember to tick Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer and would like for us to claim Gift Aid on your donation).
Click ‘go to payment’ to proceed to the payment page.
On completion, you will be sent an automated email containing your generated raffle entry number(s). If you don’t receive your email, try checking your junk and spam folders.
These numbers will be generated alongside all sold paper raffle tickets into our draw on 29 June 2026. If your ticket is drawn, you don’t need to do anything, all winners are contacted within two weeks of the draw.

How does the online raffle work?

All entrants must be over the age of 18. You can enter the raffle using this link. Each entry is £1, please select the number of entries you would like to purchase. Click ‘go to payment’ to proceed to the payment page. On completion, you will be sent an email containing your generated raffle entry number(s). Online entry numbers will be generated alongside all sold paper raffle tickets into our draw on 29 June 2026.

How do I self-exclude?

To self-exclude from our raffle and lotteries, please send an email to our External Lottery Manager (ELM), info@raffleplayer.com with ‘self-exclusion’ in the title, and include your full name and email address. Alternatively, you can contact our raffle helpline on 0800 954 0257, or complete an online exclusion form. We shall mark your record accordingly within 2 working days of receipt of your self-exclusion notification.

We will hold your details on a register to ensure that you aren't entered into any future draws and that we don't send you any promotional material. If you have purchased chances/tickets in our raffle and subsequently send us a self-exclusion notification which is received prior to the raffle close date, we will refund your payment and remove you from the draw. The minimum period of exclusion is 6 months. If you would like to enter our raffles and lotteries again after this period, you can call our helpline on 0800 954 0257.

What prizes can I win?

There are 20 cash prizes available – 1st prize £5,000, 2nd prize £750, 3rd prize £500, 4th prize £100 and an additional 16 prizes of £25. We also have 20 runners-up prizes of our Hearing Dogs soft toy.
